Oscar by the Sea
Oscar by the Sea is a private housing estate in Pak Shing Kok, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong. Formerly the factory of Hong Kong Oxygen Company, it was developed in 2002 by Sun Hung Kai Properties and Hong Kong Oxygen Company.
It is the only private housing estate in Tseung Kwan O that is not built on the reclaimed land. There is a special movie theme, from the garden and the podium to the clubhouse, and a beautiful green area that is three times the size of Victoria Park.
